Can my business be exempted?

Your business can only be exempted if it is not possible to establish an internet connection with a calculated downstream speed of at least 512 kbit/s for a maximum cost of 3,000 DKK at your business address.

You must be authorized to sign on behalf of the company or have a power of attorney to request an exemption. 

The application must be made in person at the Citizen Service Center, where you will need to submit the form "Request for exemption from digital post for businesses," which can be found at the bottom of the page.
